Tom is a nationally recognized leader in Retail Sales and Category Management for the beverage industry. Formerly a Vice President of National Accounts, he has extensive experience working with major domestic suppliers, importers, wholesalers and retailers. Tom has successfully developed win/win relationships with retailers as both a “Category Captain” and “Category Validator.” Tom also contributes to numerous national publications and serves as a panelist at beverage industry seminars and conventions.
Carol has over 20 years of experience selling alcohol and non-alcohol beverages to the nation’s major retail chains in both DSD and broker environments. Carol has coupled her extensive Sales Management and Sales Planning background with technical abilities to work in the areas of E-commerce, ECR, sales force automation and sales systems. Through research, design and automation she has helped many top beverage suppliers to improve their sales results by aligning their processes to retailer needs.
Shawn joined CM Profit Group in 2019 to help ramp up business development efforts after spending 6 years in sales at Accenture Interactive and Shift7 Digital selling services in digital marketing, strategy, experience design, and eCommerce. Shawn held roles as a Rep, Team Lead, and Manager responsible for leading teams to identify and qualify leads through prospecting the manufacturing, distribution, travel, and retail industries.
